State Senator Richard Ross is proud to represent the people and the interests of  the Bristol, Norfolk, Middlesex Senate District.

Senator Ross is no stranger to public service or to the unique needs of his district. From 1999-2003, Senator Ross served on the Wrentham Board of Selectman, one of those years as Chairman. He has also served on the Wrentham Historical Commission, the Public School Building Committee and the Wrentham Board of Health. Before being elected to the State Senate, he served three terms as the State Representative for the 9th Norfolk District.

Senator Ross also is President of RJ Ross Funeral Home and has served as Chairman and President of Pond Home and the Community at Pond Meadow. In addition, he served as past President of the Kennedy Donovan Center in Foxboro. 

After his special election victory Senator Ross was chosen by Minority Leader Richard Tisei to be the Assistant Minority Whip and serve as a member on  the Ways and Means committee.

Senator Ross grew up in Wrentham where he currently resides with his wife Susan and their three children, Maeghan, Chase and Chandler.
